Courageous Conversations Workshop: A Journey of Courage, Confidence, and Competence launched in 2024 to overwhelmingly positive feedback and provided an enriching and transformative experience for participants.
Due to its success, we are now seeking expressions of interest for 2025—but it will only proceed if minimum numbers are met.

This engaging, two-part workshop is designed to help participants:
• Navigate challenging topics and situations with confidence.
• Understand conflict styles and strategies to enhance conversations.
• Master effective communication, including active listening and powerful questioning.
• Embrace different perspectives and use empathy to bridge divides.
• Create trust-rich, respectful environments.
• Develop actionable steps for meaningful personal and professional growth.

Our experienced facilitators use thought-provoking exercises, real-world scenarios, and group discussions to equip participants with the courage, confidence, and competence to handle difficult conversations effectively.
