Our special message to you

On behalf of the ASLA Board we would like to wish you, your families, friends and your school communities safety and good health at this difficult time. We want to assure you we are thinking of you all, wherever you are in Australia, as we face personal and professional challenges. The coronavirus pandemic has turned our worlds upside down and although things may never be quite the same again we will come through this together and come through it well. ASLA is committed to supporting everyone involved with school libraries, as the educational, emotional and developmental benefits of a school library are needed by all our students, now more than ever. Let us continue to stay connected, encourage each other and move forward together with renewed spirit, commitment and fresh ideas for the future.
